We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is tailored for individuals who excel in challenging environments and possess a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Review, verify, and approve transactions and journal entries.
• Actively participate in the month-end close process.
• Assist in generating month-end financial reports and annual budget and forecasts for the Director of Finance.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Team and Site Operations to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Aid in developing corporate assumptions for budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for decision-making by Senior Management Team.
• Summarize and report analysis findings to senior leadership.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Assist in preparing corporate cash flow models.
• Process expense reports using Concur Solutions system as required.
• Provide support to external auditors during annual and bank audits.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
